Hello! My name is Zoe Behrman and I am an undergraduate English major on the Rhetoric and Professional Writing track at the University of Cincinnati. I am also pursuing a certificate in Copyediting and Publishing. I have a wide range of interests and have never really wanted to settle down on a favorite subject, which is why I think both writing and travel call out to me. I believe that every single field can benefit from artfully worded and concise communication, and I carry with me a lifelong love of reading, language, and words. I love the idea that I can use my skills in Rhetoric and Professional Writing to become a literary book editor, technical science communicator, social media specialist, or even a travel blogger.
Much like language, travel is a highly dynamic experience. Travel does not boil down to one specific thing; it can mean something completely different depending on each person, each place, and each season of life that we travel during. Travel has always been something that I've dreamed about ever since I took my first family vacation to Florida when I was a kid. The places I've traveled to have truly shaped who I am as a person. Some of my favorite places I've been include: Denver (and the surrounding areas), Toronto, and London. I hope to expand my travels to East and South East Asia as well as Iceland in the coming years. Through this blog, you can learn more about me and a collection of my travels throughout different periods of my life.
